Businessman and financial analyst, is a founding member of Power Engineering SRL in which he holds the office of CEO. Has been administrator of major corporations in the Neapolitan area, enjoying success especially in financial intermediation and business consulting. Since 1989, operates financial intermediation with his own company and since 2001, he is registered in the credit brokers. Since 2008 he holds the position of Director of the Italian branch of Photonike s.a. company engaged in the development and construction of photovoltaic plants and is with the engineer Giovanni Savarese that he founded Power Solutions SRL a company specializing in the design and work supervision for the development of renewable energy plants, providing for the diversification of its activities in the field of Green Energy through the implementation of Photovoltaic Systems, Wind Turbine and Biomass. Since 2011 he holds the position of director of the company REC-Energy, a company specialized in the permitting and design of Eolic.

Maurizio Bianchi is an Electronic Engineer focused in TLC and ICT development with 20 years experience of projects in multiple technologies, functions and industries. He own deep knowledge of the IT industry, and has a proven ability to lead teams in defining and developing both hardware and software solutions. He is one of the founders of Power Engineering SRL and since 2013 is responsible for company R&D and Product Development. His expertises include full lifecycle product management experience, including hardware and software development, validation and installation, software/hardware testing, user acceptance testing and release to mass production. He owns strong proficiency in C/C++, ASP, PHP, Java, SQL acquired during years of work in companies such as Siemens and Flextronics. With an optimal background mix in computer hardware and software, firmware development, applications and programming, he is able to operate in today environment which is constantly evolving due to technological advances.

With over twenty years of experience in the digital electronics and Information Technologies equipment, he develops advanced electronic solutions with particular regard to microprocessor devices and radiofrequency modules, producing both hardware and firmware. He gained considerable experience in security systems for access control both by sensors and by analog / IP video surveillance. Since 2017 collaborates with Power Engineering SRL as a designer of wireless solutions and developer of IoT devices.

Computer engineer with multidisciplinary expertise in ICT and software development, specializing in cyber security. The academic path, combined with a strong passion for the argument, has allowed to acquire solid experience in different programming languages, including Assembly, C, C++, Swift, Python and Java. The skills also range in web development (front-end and back-end), database management and network infrastructure, with particular attention to the configuration of firewalls, routers, VPN and security systems. This knowledge is complemented by cybersecurity expertise, including cryptography, malware analysis, ethical hacking, risk management and blockchain-based technology development. Since 2024 he has been working with Power Engineering srl as a software engineer, actively contributing to the company’s digital and technological development.
